- We ship to all Egyptian governorates
- Shipping cost is calculated based on location and quantity
- Delivery time is 3 to 7 business days
- Delays due to circumstances beyond our control do not hold us liable
2.4 Exchange and Returns
- We accept exchange of products with manufacturing defects within 60 days of receipt
- We do not accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects
- The returned product must be in its original condition
